About Us

My wife, Kaitlyn, and I created our dream life in British Columbia's interior on a farm in Cawston. Our story started in Vancouver, but we quickly moved to Australia, seeking adventure. There, living in our van, we explored, surfed, and worked in wineries, with our bikes always with us. This experience sparked our dream to own a farm and dive into the wine industry.

After returning to Canada, we bought a farm in Cawston. We started doing bike tours for family and friends, who encouraged us to turn our passion into a business. This led to the creation of Similkameen Sip & Cycle, and Konoba Farms a place that combines our love for biking, farming, and wine.

Konoba Farm is now where we live, work, and share our lives with others, including our two young boys. It's a simple life, focused on the things we love: nature, community, and adventure.

Testimonials

“…It was so easy to ride around the valley…”

“My wife and I had a great time on our Sip & Cycle tour. It was so easy to ride around the valley. The country roads are quiet, mostly flat and the scenery is stunning; nothing but orchards, mountains and rivers. We tasted wines from 3 different wineries and then stopped for lunch at a wonderful restaurant, which had a cidery attached! Needless to stay we stuck around for a tasting afterwards. By the time we left, we were full and so were our bikes, we nearly filled both of the wine racks up with a mix of different wines and several bottles of cider. I have recommended this to all my friends and would recommend it to anyone who loves a nice glass of wine, likes to try new things and enjoys a great ride.” -Mike Zgud

“10/10 would ride again!”

“My friends and I went wine touring with Sip & Cycle while we were in the Okanagan for a Stagette weekend. We got to visit 3 amazing wineries and a couple delicious cideries. The bikes are so comfortable and fun to ride. The wine trail is almost entirely flat and the tasting rooms are so close together. The area is absolutely stunning, if you have never been to the Similkameen Valley it is a must see. 10/10 would ride again!”
